Unverified
The last physical count was a year ago and was done on paper.
A tagged register with room-level location, movement monitoring at exits and a custody record against every item — so an audit takes hours rather than weeks.
Illustrative: one handheld pass, Floor 3 East.
Somewhere there is a spreadsheet that says you own three thousand items. Somewhere there is a floor that says otherwise. Nobody knows the size of the difference until an auditor asks, and then four people spend three weeks finding out.
The last physical count was a year ago and was done on paper.
Equipment is issued, then re-issued, and the record does not follow.
The depreciation schedule still carries assets that were scrapped in 2023.
Most asset software arrives as a login and a training video. You are then expected to find every item you own, encode a tag, apply it correctly to metal or plastic or fabric, and get the data in — before the software does anything at all. That first step is where most implementations stall, sometimes permanently.
Our team does that step. We come to your sites, verify what physically exists, apply the tags, capture the data, and reconcile it against the register you already have. You get a working system, not a blank one.
Raise a requisition, route it through your approval chain, and receive against it. The asset exists in the register before it exists on the loading bay.
We encode the UHF (ultra-high frequency) tag, apply the label, and bind it to the record. Serial, category, cost centre, warranty — captured once, by us.
Assign a custodian and a location. They acknowledge receipt by scanning the label from their phone. That acknowledgement is the audit trail.
Walk the floor with a handheld. Hundreds of tags read per pass, without opening a cupboard or moving a single box.
Log service, condition and warranty against the asset, not against a separate maintenance sheet nobody reads.
Write off, transfer or sell with approval recorded. The depreciation schedule closes cleanly.
We have worked with a small number of Nigerian institutions over ten years — in most cases across multiple sites and repeated verification cycles. Deployments run from a few hundred assets to multi-site registers.
An asset register is a map of everything valuable an organisation owns and where it sits. Our clients are institutions for whom that is a security matter, not a marketing opportunity. We do not name them, we do not publish logos, and we do not use their data in case studies.
If you need references before you commit, we will arrange a direct conversation under a non-disclosure agreement.
Categories and subcategories you define, with the custom fields your policy actually requires.
Assets report their own location and movement. No line of sight, no manual scan.
Portal readers at exits log every asset that leaves. Movement outside permitted hours raises an alert.
Staff acknowledge possession by scan or signature, from the mobile app. Denial stops being an option.
Real-time stock levels, reorder points, issue and return against a store.
Raise, route, approve and track requests, with receipt closing the loop back to the register.
Service history, warranty dates and condition grade on the asset record.
Register extracts, movement history, exception reports and depreciation schedules, exportable.
iOS and Android. Custodians acknowledge, officers scan, managers approve.
Metal reflects radio. Liquid absorbs it. A paper label that reads perfectly on a wooden desk will not read at all on the lid of a laptop, and a supplier who sends you one type of tag for a whole building has not surveyed your building.
We carry the full range and match each asset class to the tag that works on it — then apply them ourselves.
Desks, chairs, wooden and plastic items — the everyday bulk of a register.
Laptops, monitors, printers. A plain label on metal will not read; this one will.
Steel cabinets, shelving, racking. Screwed or bonded, meant to outlive the asset.
Generators, inverters, HVAC plant. Survives heat, vibration and weather outdoors.
Linen, uniforms, theatre scrubs. Rated for repeated industrial wash cycles.
Books, files, records. Thin enough to sit inside a cover, with a re-armable security bit.

Tracked as an asset class in their own right, with diesel and consumables held as inventory.
Where physical audit travel is a real budget line, not a rounding error.
Asset. ships on a best-practice standard and is configured to yours. Your asset categories. Your approval thresholds. Your custody rules. Your data fields. Configuration is a screen, not a change request.
Run it in our cloud, or on your own servers inside your network. Both are fully supported, and the choice is yours to change later.
Send us your current fixed-asset schedule. We will show you what Asset. makes of it — your categories, your gaps, and what a first verification pass across your sites would take.
